CASTING PLASTER – HERCULITE NO.2 – CHOOSE YOUR QUANTITY
We only ever use Herculite II plaster for our kits and our own casting keepsakes business. Herculite No.2 plaster produces durable, hard casts with excellent reproduction of the finest details. Perfect for replicating the most intricate of fingerprints, nails, cuticles and skin details, Herculite 2 is a far superior plaster compared to commonly used Plaster of Paris.
Choose the quantity you need from a 500g to a 25kg sack. The 5kg quantity is supplied in a handy clear 5L container, of which you can not only store the plaster in it, but also use the container for adult hand or family hand casting!
Herculite No. 2 is a safe plaster to use and is easy to mix when using the correct plaster to water ratio. It’s setting time is relatively quick – when the plaster is not being ‘worked’ and left to set, the initial setting time is 10 minutes, with a final setting time of 13 minutes. Mixing time is on average 2-4 minutes.
